Mike is the founder and chairman of The MDV Group, LLC organization. He has over 30 years experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, with a primary focus towards the sales management and marketing of consumer food and beverage products, as well as health and beauty aids. Mike has worked with two Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods companies and was responsible for the largest revenue producing accounts within the organizations.
Mike also has substantial experience with a private equity firm that specialized in acquiring small consumer packaged goods companies that were primed for considerable market share growth, but lacked financial resources and internal management infrastructure. He has also participated in the acquisition of larger consumer packaged goods companies throughout his career.
Mike holds a B.A. in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton.
Gary is a partner with The MDV Group, LLC organization. His work focuses on helping small to mid-size consumer packaged goods and consumer technology companies build and execute plans to improve the productivity and effectiveness of their strategies at retail with customer relationship management, sales process, category and channel leadership, new business development and distribution and sales representation initiatives.
Gary’s experience encompasses over 30 years in senior sales, marketing and general management roles with consumer packaged goods and consumer technology Fortune 500 public, private and start-up organizations. Throughout his career he has built and led high-performing national teams and overseen cross-functional organizations working with many of the largest consumer products retailers in the U.S. and Canada. His areas of expertise include sales management, retail execution/merchandising, channel strategy, customer business planning and product development and launch.
Gary holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Loma Linda University.
